Wildlands will make its return to Perth for the summer with its largest edition yet.

The single-day festival will hit Perth’s HBF Arena in Joondalup on January 4.

It will also come to Brisbane for NYE and Adelaide on January 5.

As excitement and anticipation builds for the festival’s next chapter, fans have been given a small taste of what’s in store.

The first teaser, released to Sammy Virji’s track Hot In Here sparked speculation about the potential artists set to perform, featuring a quintessential bathroom scene where the word Wildlands appears in toothpaste on the countertop.

The next video in the series, released on Wednesday, is paired with Marlon Hoffstadt’s massive hit It’s That Time, transporting viewers from the mundane bathroom setting straight to the vibrant world of Wildlands.

Presented by Untitled Group—the powerhouse behind some of Australia’s most loved festivals, including Beyond The Valley, Pitch Music & Arts and Ability Fest—Wildlands Festival promises a traditional festival experience Aussies have come to love.

This year Wildlands will combine elevated production and improved layouts, giving the very best audio and visual experience along with the very best in dance, electronic, indie and hip-hop music from across the globe.

Previous lineups have featured world-renowned artists like Tyler, The Creator, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Peggy Gou, A$AP Ferg, Central Cee, Dom Dolla, The Veronicas, Diplo, The Jungle Giants, BICEP, G Flip, Kaytranada and Jayda G.

Wildlands’ return adds reprieve to the live music industry after a number of major festivals were forced to cancel after not enough ticket sales.

Groovin The Moo, Spilt Milk and Splendour in the Grass were just some of the events to be cut earlier this year.

Festivalgoers will be able to choose between general admission tickets or a VIP package, thanks to Casamigos Tequila.

The Casamigos Tequila VIP Package offers a range of exclusive perks and upgrades, including dedicated express festival entry lanes, access to the Sahara Stage VIP area, a private VIP only bar, private VIP-only restrooms and unique activations and experiences tailored specifically for VIP ticket holders.
