Scoregasms bounced back from a previous smashing, beating ARAC Attack 10-7 on March 22.

In the sixth round of competition at Father McMahon Oval, Scoregasms were ready from the first whistle.

Scoregasms got off to a great start in the opening minutes of the match, scoring two successive tries within five minutes.

ARAC Attack struggled to keep up with Scoregasms’ fast pace but eventually found their rhythm by scoring a few tries and building pressure.

It looked to be a close match when Scoregasms held the lead by only one point at half-time.

But Scoregasms repeated their pattern of putting the pedal to the metal and scoring early in the second half.

ARAC Attack tried to remain within grasp of the lead, continuing to step up the pressure and scoring a few tries of their own.

What followed was a bit of back-and-forth between the two teams as they tried to match each other point-for-point.

But ARAC Attack ultimately fell short of a victory when Scoregasms proceeded to extend their lead in the closing minutes of the match.

Elsewhere in division 1, Bullets and Sharks continued to be highly competitive teams, smashing Runaways, 13-2, and Touchy Feely, 17-4.

Willie Creek Crocs also managed a victory over Greenbacks 9-5, Roey Roosters defeated Bush Chooks 8-2, and Stingrays managed a forfeit victory over Stingers.

In division 2, Yippee Try Yay cheered themselves to an 11-3 victory over First National Rockets, Touch It defeated Tide Runners 5-0, and Exploders blew Broome Pirates’ chances of winning with a 9-5 victory.
