Iconic rockers enjoy Kimberley adventure
Iconic Aussie rockers Hoodoo Gurus made the most of their Cable Sounds concert earlier this month, with band members checking out the beauty of the Kimberley by taking a tour with Horizontal Falls Adventures.
The hall of famers performed at Cable Beach Amphitheatre to kick off the Broome Cup Carnival, with the show having the local audience on their feet for an enjoyable night.
Horizontal Falls Adventures owner Troy Thomas said that the band were “blown away” by the beauty of the region and that Richard Grossman plans to return to the Kimberley later this year with members of Midnight Oil.
Mr Thomas also said that plenty of the rich and famous had been on his tour over the years, with personalities ranging from David Attenborough to Paul Kelly keen to discover the natural beauty of the Kimberley.
