Strike Force Vulcan officers looking for man with skateboard after Beckenham scrub fire on December 22

Arson officers have released a photo of a person they believe can help with an investigation into a suspicious scrub fire in Beckenham earlier this month.

Police were called to the fire at Mills Park, near Bickley Road, at 10.50pm on December 22.

Fire crews were already fighting the fire when police arrived.

Strike Force Vulcan officers are seeking the identity of the man pictured who was seen in the area at the time.

He was described as fair-skinned, wearing a light-coloured hoodie and dark pants, and carrying a skateboard.
