OUT!

Hazlewood puts it on a good length and Bumrah can’t help himself as he edges a drive straight to Carey and that will delay tea.

48th Over - IND 8-136

The captain Bumrah is in and the debutant Kumar wants to hog the strike here, turning down the singles.

He ramps a six that teased Labuschagne at 3rd man off the last ball.

Here’s the replay of that catch.

WHAT A CATCH!

Rana has a first-class average of 42 from his 10 matches so far and he works Hazlewood beautifully behind point for four.

OUT NEXT BALLL!.

What a catch! McSweeney dives to his left and almost takes it one handed but it pops out only for Labushcagne to dive across and take it one-handed with his right.

Harshit Rana is off the mark in Test cricket straight away with a nice dap through the gully for three.

CUMMINS GETS PANT!

Cummins packs the offside field with only a wide mid-on and fine leg on the leg-side.

AND THE PLAN WORKS PERFECTLY!

Pant is enticed to try and work a ball outside off through the gap but it comes off the edge and flies to slip where Smith takes a smart catch.

Great captaincy and the end of a dangerous partnership.

45th Over - IND 6-121

Good bumper! Kumar nearly fends one to the keeper as Hazlewood surprises him with the short ball.

A good over from Hazlewood as he gets through a maiden.

The Aussie captain drops too short and gives up a wide with a half-hearted shout of the last ball as he hits the pads.

43rd Over - IND 6-118

SHOT. Kumar drives Hazlewood straight for four and the mood has definitely shifted with India bossing this last half hour.

Hazlewood seems unhappy with something as he’s chatting with the umpire.

India has hit Lyon out of the attack as Cummins returns.

Peach to start as Pant is beaten on the outside edge.

OUTRAGEOUS! Cummins go full and Pant falling over helicopter scoops it from outside off-stump and it goes all the way over six at fine leg.
