Photos have emerged of a search warrant being conducted at a residence where Perth man Terence Fisher used to live after a bombshell DNA breakthrough linked him to the unsolved 1979 murder of Kerryn Tate.
Detectives on Thursday dug up the Manning property’s backyard looking for clues that could help solve the killing.
It comes as police revealed Mr Fisher’s family had been left “shocked” by the development the celebrated sailor was being investigated for the death of two more women in WA.
Mr Fisher died from cancer in 2000.
